Great bang for buck.

This project has an ideal bang for buck. The aim was to explore tolerances for different fits, structural properties against shock for solid parts, integrated printed springs, and the drop block mechanism. The project evolved from a basic idea to a working prototype in 1 week. Final features include. 

• Fully printed interchangeable blanks 

• Picatinny rail system 

• Manual shell ejection mechanism (spring-loaded)

• Integrated springs for trigger and sear

• Modular handle design.
